Alsacian Gastronomy

Gastronomy is an inseparable part of a holiday in Alsace. When you've returned from a walk in the forest or finished up your seminar workday, you'll enjoy relaxing on our beautiful covered terrace -- in the summer -- or in our warm, comfortable salons in cooler seasons.  In either case, you're sure to appreciate and savor our refined cuisine.

The restaurant is open from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

To celebrate important moments in your life -- family events, birthdays and anniversaries, christenings and other religious celebrations -- the Auberge d'Imsthal offers private reception rooms and customized services.
